NetOut Calculators is easy to integrate into your existing site and is completely customizable to fit into the look-and-feel of your site. The NetOut Calculators follow the format of the HUD-1 Settlement Statement and encompass the most widely used transaction types, including Refinance, Cash, Conventional, FHA, Owner Financed, and VA loans - for both Buyers and Sellers.

The NetOut Calculators function as a standalone page, or with the addition of one line of code into your PHP page, embeds into your page seamlessly. As a standalone page, you have full control over the look-and-feel of the page via a Cascading Style Sheet (CSS). As an embedded file, the calculators inherit the style defined by the page it's included in and therefore instantly takes on the look of your existing site. The NetOut Calculators may be further customized by setting language options (currently English and/or Spanish) and by adding default values for various fees saving you time by automatically populating these fields on the form instead of requiring manual entry. Also, each calculator has the option of displaying on screen or as a printable version with signature lines for buyers/sellers and company agents.

ALBUQUERQUE, NEW MEXICO. - CONTINUING - situ8, a provider of web design, database development and web hosting services, today announced it is offering free web hosting to all non-profit arts organizations in Albuquerque.
